Create a custom welcome email

To customize the welcome email that invites users to access your ChartHop organization:

  1. From the left sidebar, select the gear icon and select Org settings.
  2. Select the Welcome email tab.
  3. Create or edit your custom welcome email message using the Rich Text editor or using Markdown.
  4. Enable the Replace default message setting. When this is enabled, your custom welcome email message displays in the body of your welcome email.
  5. Select Save settings when you've completed your email template.
