Activating a form

The final step to completing a form is to publish it. When you publish a form, it becomes available for use throughout ChartHop (for example, within a performance review or as tasks for employees).

To view and complete forms, your employees must have access to ChartHop. For example, you can't send surveys and review forms to contractors if they don't have employee access to ChartHop.

To publish a form:

  1. Navigate to the Settings tab of your form.
  2. Change the form Status dropdown to Active.
    • Active - the form is published and available for use.
    • Depending on your settings the form will show up on a profile or can now be used in Reviews or Actions.
