Activating a form
The final step to completing a form is to publish it. When you publish a form, it becomes available for use throughout ChartHop (for example, within a performance review or as tasks for employees).
To publish a form:
- Navigate to the Settings tab of your form.
- Select Active in the Status section at the top of the settings.
- Active - Form can collect responses, be displayed on profiles and used in reviews
- How it will be distributed is determined in the Distribution section of the form settings. See Configuring a form for more details.
- Inactive - Form can't collect responses, is not displayed anywhere and can't be used in reviews
- Select Save to activate the form.
