Adding a user



Rather than sending an invitation, you can add users directly to your ChartHop organization using the Invite user feature.

Invite user


To add users:

  1. From the left sidebar, select Access.
  2. From the sub-menu, select Users if not already preselected.
  3. In the upper right, select the Invite user button. This will open the Invite org dialog.
  4. If your user is already a member of your org, from the Org member tab, fill in the following information:
    • Select member: Select your user from the dropdown.
    • Work email: Your user's unique org email address.
    • Role: The role that will be assigned to your user.
  5. If your user is not already a member of your org, from the External tab, fill in the following information:
    1. First name: Your new user's first name.
    2. Last name: Your new user's last name.
    3. Work email: Your new user's unique org email address.
    4. Role: The role that will be assigned to your user
  6. Select Invite user when you're done.
