Adding a user
Rather than sending an invitation, you can add users directly to your ChartHop organization using the Invite user feature.
To add users:
- From the left sidebar, select Access.
- From the sub-menu, select Users if not already preselected.
- In the upper right, select the Invite user button. This will open the Invite org dialog.
- If your user is already a member of your org, from the Org member tab, fill in the following information:
- Select member: Select your user from the dropdown.
- Work email: Your user's unique org email address.
- Role: The role that will be assigned to your user.
- If your user is not already a member of your org, from the External tab, fill in the following information:
- First name: Your new user's first name.
- Last name: Your new user's last name.
- Work email: Your new user's unique org email address.
- Role: The role that will be assigned to your user
- Select Invite user when you're done.
