charthop's ai capabilities are split into two tiers standard ai features , available to all organizations with the ai module, and ai pro features , a set of advanced agentic capabilities currently in pre release and available to select organizations standard ai features the following features are available to all organizations with the ai module enabled they are configured in the top section of admin > ai feature what it does ai features master toggle that enables all ai functionality for your organization must be on for any other ai features to work ask charthop enables the ai chat assistant, allowing users to ask questions about org data in natural language ask charthop on home page surfaces ask charthop prompt suggestions directly on the charthop homepage ai form response summaries automatically generates a summary of form responses (e g , 1 1 notes, review feedback) using ai ai impact buttons adds ai powered impact analysis buttons within scenarios and compensation reviews ai scenario planner enables ai assisted org planning within scenarios ai chat write actions allows the ai to make changes to org data directly from a chat conversation ai pro features the following features are part of the ai pro (pre release) tier they appear in the bottom section of admin > ai note ai pro features require the base ai features toggle to be enabled navigate to admin > ai and ensure ai features is toggled on before enabling any ai pro features feature what it does ai agentic actions enable ai to trigger automated workflows and actions ai agents deploy ai agents that can take actions on your behalf within charthop when enabled, you can select a default ai agent and configure agent settings, including memory ai form completion use ai to assist with form completion and response summarization enabling ai features standard ai features navigate to admin > ai toggle on ai features at the top of the page enable individual features as needed click save settings ai pro features navigate to admin > ai ensure ai features is toggled on scroll to the ai pro (pre release) section at the bottom of the page toggle on the specific ai pro feature(s) you want to enable click save settings ai pro features are in active development behavior and availability may change before general release
