Completing a review

Packages: Basic | Standard* | Premium

* Available as an add-on

You can mark a review as complete at any time - regardless of completion percentage.

Once a review is past the end date you established when creating the review, an Overdue indicator displays when you access the review. However, this does not affect the review’s status.

To complete a review cycle:

  1. Access your review from the In progress section of the Reviews list.
  2. Select Complete review in the top right corner.
  3. Select Confirm.
    • Your review is marked as completed.
    • Any pending to-dos are deleted and removed from reviewer dashboards.

Reactivate a review

Once a review is complete, you can continue to access it from the Completed section of the Reviews list. You can select Reactivate review to open your review cycle and move it to the In progress list.

Once you reactivate a review, all pending To-Dos are reactivated and sent out to the appropriate reviewers.

ChartHop recommends against reactivating a review to avoid potential conflict with other review cycles.
