From your profile, you can complete and submit forms via a list of tasks that are assigned to you and other members in your ChartHop organization.

Complete tasks

As an employee, when viewing your own profile, you can see all of your assigned forms listed under the Complete tasks drop down. Forms listed under Complete tasks can be either recurring or one-time tasks.

To complete a task:

  1. From the left side bar, select your profile icon.
  2. Select My profile.
  3. From your profile page, select Complete tasks to open the tasks drop down menu.
  4. Complete the task using the requirements established in the form.

Add new tasks

To add new tasks to the Complete tasks list in the employee profile you must create a form. Learn more.

Once a form has been created and configured to appear within an employee's profile, the task displays under the Complete tasks list.
