Moving a person

You can assign people to open jobs using the Move Person feature.

To move a person into a role:

1. Within your Scenario, from the Data Sheet, select the employee you'd like to move.
2. From the action menu, select the Move person option.
3. In the Move Person dialog, input the following information:
   • Move date: The date in which the move will take place.
   • Announce date: The date in which the move will be announced to the organization.
   • Move type: Considered either as a Transfer, Promotion or Demotion.
   • Additional notes: Any notes related to the move.
4. Select the empty position from the Move into job dropdown.
5. Once you have selected a new position, select Save to Scenario, to save your changes.
