Given a `value`, returns that value as a `String`.

### Syntax

`string(value)`

- `value` - the value to be converted to a String

### Sample usage

`string(base)` returns the value of `base` as a `String`.

`"Base = " + string(base)` where `base = 100000` returns the value `Base = 100000` as a `String`.
