This is the format for tracking 1-on-1s that ChartHop itself uses internally. Install this bundle and you'll get a process for tracking one-on-one prep and notes that help both the manager and directs align.
One-click and your organization installs forms to run the first Performance Review cycle in ChartHop!
Note: This bundle will auto-create the forms listed in this article as well as a new profile tab, "Performance Review", in all employee profiles. On how to setup a review cycle after installing this bundle, please see our Reviews page.
How are forms completed?
If you have Slack installed, selected individuals are notified to complete the select form. When clicking in Slack, employees will be redirected to the review form in Charthop.
Pending and incomplete forms will also appear in the Dashboard under the Todos section specific to each individual.
Select Peer Reviewers
Individuals can nominate three individuals to submit peer reviews. Names will auto-populate in the selection box along with their title. Start typing, and your peers will appear!
Once direct reports submit their peers, action can either be approved or rejected by their direct manager. If your account has Slack installed, your direct reports are notified of the approval status.
Nominated peers can provide feedback on what the individual does well and what they can improve on.
Employees can provide feedback on what they have done well and what they can improve on.
Employees can provide feedback on their manager and are shared only with the manager's manager.
Managers can access their direct reports given the feedback from self, peer, and upward (if applicable) reviews.
Once the reviews are completed, each form has defined sensitivity of who can see self, peer, upward and, downward feedback. Managers can now look at all feedback given on their direct reports while brainstorming their own sevaluation at the same time.
