Publishing a form

Packages: Basic | Standard | Premium

Roles: Technical owner

The final step to completing a form is to publish it. When you publish a form, it becomes available for use throughout ChartHop (for example, within a performance review or as To-Dos for employees).

To view and complete forms, your employees must have access to ChartHop. For example, you can't send surveys and review forms to contractors if they don't have employee access to ChartHop.

To publish a form:

  1. Navigate to the Settings tab of your form.
  2. Change the form Status dropdown to either Active or Todo.
    • Active - Publishes the form and makes it available for use throughout ChartHop.
    • Todo - Publishes the form and makes it available for use throughout ChartHop (for example, when adding a form to a review). Learn more.
