Manual upload

The current headcount must be uploaded prior to uploading the hiring plan. When uploading, be sure to mark the Create new people and jobs options.

Similar to uploading your current headcount, if you are importing a custom field, it must first be created in ChartHop. When uploading, you must use the field name in ChartHop, not the field label.

CSV format: required columns

The top row of your CSV should contain column names. You must include the following columns at a minimum:

  • Title
  • Manager¬†(should be the name manager the open role will report to)
  • Departments
  • Locations
  • Start Date
  • Hiring Manager
  • createDate¬†(the date the job appears as an open role in ChartHop)
  • Greenhouse or Lever ID
  • Recruit¬†(active,¬†passive,¬†inactive,¬†offer, or¬†pending)
  • Sensitive¬†(org,¬†sensitive,¬†high)
  • Priority¬†(-2,¬†-1,¬†0,¬†1¬†,¬†2)
    • -2: Lowest
    • -1: Low
    • 0: Medium
    • 1: High
    • 2: Highest
  • Teams¬†(if multiple, separate using semicolons)
  • Recruiter
  • Employment Status¬†(full,¬†part,temp,¬†intern,¬†contract,¬†expat)
  • Base¬†(annual, for example $50,000)
  • Variable¬†(annual bonus or OTE, for example, $25,000)
  • Hourly Comp¬†(if paid hourly, for example $15.50)
  • Currency¬†(three-letter currency code, if non-USD)
  • Band
  • Planned Grant
