You can use the [Org Chart](docId\:BepXEDmK2n5nOxoItxF7x) and the [Data Sheet](docId\:XTd4DG4I_4_nMwjfEsq0S) to make changes to people in your ChartHop organization across a variety of contexts. All changes go into effect immediately, although you can customize when they’re announced. [Learn more. ](https://docs.charthop.com/about-org-management#75UOs)

You can take the following actions on people in the **Org Chart** and **Data Sheet**:

- Terminate a person 
- Move a person to a new job
- Rehire a former employee
- Add a new person to your org
