App sync history
You can find a historical record of sync activity between your chosen payroll and ChartHop on the App sync history page.
App sync history also supports ATS reverse and equity syncs.
Use this page to identify and fix sync issues, re-running payroll syncs, or determine the cause of an unscheduled sync.
If a sync completes with errors or fails to complete, you can trigger another sync by clicking the ellipses for more options and selecting Rerun app sync.

Suppose a sync fails due to configuration issues, such as an incorrect API key. In that case, you can navigate to the configuration page by clicking the ellipses for more options and selecting Manage app settings.
Select the timestamp under Sync completed to view a more detailed record of the app sync.
