Editing departments

Packages: Basic | Standard | Premium

Roles: Technical owner | Org editor 

As a user, you may want to rename a department or change its location in the org.

Edit a department in the Edit Department dialog box, which is accessible from the department's action menu

To edit a department:

  1. From the Settings option in the left navigation bar, select Groups.
  2. From the Departments tab, choose the department you wish to edit by selecting its action menu. Select Edit.
  3. Select Save when you're done.
