Select a form for the review
Before you can create a review of any kind, you must have an applicable form already configured and set up for use. Learn more.
To select a form to use in the review:
- Access your review.
- From the Forms tab, select Add form.
- Select the form to be used in the review from the dropdown list.
- You can only select forms with respondents set to the following (forms with other respondent types are grayed out and unavailable):
- Person only
- Peers only
- Manager only
- Direct reports only
- Manager’s manager only
- Use the review filters to identify the reviewers and/or reviewees for this form.
- Select Next to continue.
