when an app is installed in charthop, it is owned by the person who installed it app sharing lets you extend access to an installed app to other members of your team — so they can configure, use, or view the app depending on their role sharing is managed from the app's settings page each person or group you share with is assigned one of five access levels access levels admin full control over the app in addition to everything in full read/write, an admin can share the app, change or revoke others' access levels, and delete the app use when granting someone ownership level control, including managing who else can access the app full read/write for people configuring and maintaining the app allows someone to view and edit all settings, read and write data, and trigger manual syncs this level bypasses standard charthop data access controls use when a team member (such as another hr or it admin) needs to manage or maintain the app's configuration full read read only access to all app data and configuration, without standard charthop access control restrictions cannot make changes or trigger syncs use when someone needs full visibility into app configuration and data, but shouldn't be able to make changes standard read/write for people using the app — not configuring it respects charthop's normal data access controls can take actions through the app within their permissions, but cannot view or change app configuration for users at this level, charthop ai agents are often the primary way they interact with the app — the agent handles actions in the connected system on their behalf use when a team member needs to use the app day to day, such as a manager taking action in a connected system standard read read only access within the user's normal charthop permissions cannot take actions or change configuration use when someone needs to see data from a connected app but shouldn't be able to make any changes
