Creating a form
You can use forms to help gather data about your organization.
You must have the right access permissions to create a form. Contact your ChartHop administrator if you have questions about your permissions.
To create a new form:
- From the left sidebar, select the Settings menu (gear icon) and select Forms.
- Select New Form.
- Name your form by selecting the placeholder title (New Form) at the top of the empty form, and typing in a new name.
- Edit the default section header to add information that introduces and describes your form. You can edit in rich text or Markdown. The editing toolbar allows you to format as well as add hyperlinks and images.
- Select Save & Exit.
