15Five Integration

this feature is currently in alpha be one of the first customers to try it! please share any feedback with the charthop team how to setup a alpha feature contact charthop support mailto\ support\@charthop com or your csm if you have one they can activate the feature for you read below for setup instructions and context on how the feature will work the 15five integration is a one way sync that allows the syncing of forms and reviews from 15five into charthop what information is synced from 15five the 15five app will import and sync the following pieces of information 15five review cycles → charthop forms & performance reviews imports will align to the following details competency questions in 15five are imported as numeric scale fields with manager only access in charthop if the competency scale was changed, it will create a new field all other questions are mapped as fields in the form, and will have a corresponding share access that most closely aligns from 15five all forms are imported as “archived” you can identify forms and fields and reviews created by the app because they will list "15five" as the "created by" changing the name of the form or review in charthop will break a continuous sync if you would like any additional or different information synced from 15five, please let the charthop team know how to setup the 15five app go to apps & bundles > apps navigate to the other available apps and search for 15five install the app and add in your api key from 15five to generate an api key in 15five https //success 15five com/hc/en us/articles/360002699631 api click the settings gear in the bottom left corner of the 15five account select integrations from the dropdown menu click enable to the right of the public api option once enabled, you'll land on the company api keys page click create new key add a short name for the api key (something identifiable server side) copy the access token and use it to authenticate review cycles performance reviews docid\ pgai8tvrvywmdceanerwg will be created for every best self review cycle in 15five separate charthop forms docid\ qr76gadoskc1rlc s0jes will be created for each direction or type of review for example — a 360 review named 2023 q1 review cycle will contain forms for each direction of feedback 2023 q1 review cycle self 2023 q1 review cycle downward 2023 q1 review cycle upward 2023 q1 review cycle peer not all review types are required a 15five cycle can include any combination of self, manager, peer, and upward reviews only the review types that were enabled for a given cycle will produce corresponding forms in charthop if you have multiple cycles in 15five with similar names that you would like to combine in charthop list the name you would like to combine in the condense cycle names setting for example, you would write 2024 q3 review cycle if you had 2 review in 15five named 2024 q3 review cycle retail & 2024 q3 review cycle office that you wanted to combine into one review called 2024 q3 review cycle note we will only import completed cycles, and forms and fields that have responses saved to them for example, if a review is in draft status, it will not sync over we also won't sync over a question without responses import ratings as fields all opinion scale questions in 15five will be imported as numeric scale questions in charthop this includes standard opinion scale questions as well as competency and company value rating questions all fields will be imported with a sensitivity of manager only at this time the fields will be named label the question text, such as "rate \[name]'s contribution to the company value always be learning & growing" code fifteenfive + thequestionsfirstcharacters — e g , fifteenfiveratenamescontributionto changing the code of the field will throw off the sync and cause an additional field to be created how imported form responses will appear to employees imported form responses are not immediately visible to employees, but can be surfaced on custom profile tabs docid\ kiuev47lof6qtlvjlujlr imported form responses will display "imported from 15five" on the form response
